Deck Construction Rules

Minimum 60 cards in the main deck.
Optional sideboard of up to 15 cards.
Cards that are restricted means you can only have one of them in your main deck and sideboard combined:
Your deck and sideboard is not allowed to hold more than four of any individual card in this format, except for basic lands.
Winner is determined either by best of one, or best of three games.
These games should last standard length for a game (about 20 minutes on average).

This format allows cards to be played from all Magic sets (with the exception of those from the banned card list).
Cards that are restricted means you can only have one of them in your main deck and sideboard combined:

25 cards with the Card Type “Conspiracy.”
9 cards that reference "playing for ante."
Cards whose art, text, name, or combination thereof that are racially or culturally offensive are banned in all formats. This list is a work in progress.
